I estimate each home
individually. The difference in cleaning time
caused by furniture, artwork, children, pets and other variables can make
quite a difference. When you call , I will schedule an appointment for a
no-obligation, in home estimate, look at each room and discuss with you the
tasks that are required, explain exactly what I will do, and
quote a very reasonable price. You will find me affordable and thorough.

Will you be able to find someone cheaper? Of course you can, and
many of my clients are former customers of those cheap services.
I am not a wipe-and-go cleaning service.
ThoroClean uses a state
of the art Dyson HEPA vacuum cleaner
to collect nearly 100% of allergens, dust mites, and
pollutants.
Cleaning List 
ALL ROOMS
Dry Dust: Window sills, ledges, door & window frames, baseboards,
where accessible, shelves, wall hangings, lamps, ceiling fans,
blinds, furniture, chair rails, hardwood floors, and
louvered doors.
Clean: Mirrors, and glass table tops. Spot clean switch plates.
Vacuum: All carpet-edge to edge moving
light items, and under if accessible, plus any stairs.
Remove any cob webs. Empty trash. Shake out throw rugs.
KITCHEN
Clean exteriors of: appliances, table and chairs, flat
range tops,
(drip pans extra charge) range hoods, microwave,
sink, counter tops
and back splashes, top of refrigerator, glass tops. Spot clean
cabinet fronts.
Empty trash. Vacuum and mop floor. (Hardwood is damp mopped)
BATHROOMS
Clean and Sanitize: Sink, counter tops, back splashes, showers, tubs,
tile, toilet inside and out, mirrors, polish fixtures.
Spot clean cabinet fronts. Vacuum exhaust vent covers.
Empty trash. Vacuum and hand wash floor.
Services With Green Type, Are
Rotated / As Needed
On Routine Cleaning Visits.
Fees are higher
on first time, one time cleans,
cleaning surfaces that are over fifty percent covered with nic-nacks, etc.,
and cleaning that requires the use of a ladder.
