Will communication be a problem?
Communication will not be a problem as long as it's in english.

 

How can I keep my costs down?
Have things picked up that are in the way of cleaning
to speed up the process.

 

What if I don't want the same things cleaned each visit ?
That's why I let my customers tailor their cleaning lists.
I clean what you want, when you want it done !

 

Can you stay longer if I want more things cleaned?
Depends on the time of our next appointment, but I will always try.

 

When do I pay for my cleaning service ?
Payment is due when my work is complete.
If you are not home at the time you can leave cash or check.



Do you supply your own cleaning supplies?
I bring my own safe, tested cleaning supplies with me on each visit.
If you want me to use a favorite product of your own, I will be glad to use it !

 

Do we need to give you a key?
My customers who are not home when I arrive give me a key.
Customer's keys and alarm codes are assigned a reference number
never a name or address, and are kept in a locked safe.



What are your work ethics?
I respect my customer's privacy, security, personal business, and never discuss
it with anyone else.  While in your home I do not: answer your phone or door,
open any drawers, cabinets, closets, refrigerator, or eat, drink, smoke, or
operate your television or stereo, and keep doors locked while I am working.
